Blog-tember Challenge: Day One: About the Author

Brave Love Blog

Well I have decided to take the challenge. 🙂 Along with my normally scheduled postings I will be participating in BraveLove’s blog-tember challenge. I know it is already DAY 3 and I am already behind. The plan is by the end of this week I will be right on target. I will also be linking up my posts. I am so excited for this “experiment”  and stretching me in my blog writing.

Day 1: Imagine the front sleeve of a hard cover novel. Give us your “About the Author” so we can get to know one another, and for fun tell us what your imaginary novel would be about.

“About the Author”

Anne is currently a special education teacher at a public high school in Phoenix, Arizona. She was raised in a Christian home with 3 sisters. Anne was born in Illinois but shortly after being born moved to Phoenix, Arizona. Her extended family lives throughout the midwest. Each summer her family would travel to visit her grandparents and other family members when able. Anne attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. Anne has traveled to many countries with her choir and also when student teaching. She is currently living in Arizona with he fiancée and their three dogs. She would like to one day move back to the midwest to raise a family.

I think this sums me up pretty good. I am currently participating in a bible study called Restless by Jennie Allen. I am LOVING the study and one of the activities they had us do a few weeks ago was to chart out our life. Attention was brought to the low points or suffering throughout our lives. I have been through several low points even in my short life. I wanted by About the Author to be positive. We all go through the downs and hard times of life but it is the positive things that slowing bring us to the peaks in our story of life.

Love and Peace
